RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns:
Returns are accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please return it to us along with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your return is approved or rejected. If approved, a credit note will be issued, valid for 30 days.

Please Note:

  • All sale and discounted items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Please refer carefully to the size chart before purchasing sale products.

  • Customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges:
We do not offer refunds or returns. However, products (except sale items) can be exchanged for a different size, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@gladkart.com.

Exchange Conditions:

  1. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of product delivery.

  2. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original labels and tags intact, and returned in proper packaging to qualify for exchange.

  3. Include your name, address, contact number, order ID, and desired size with the returned parcel.

  4. Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  5. The exchange product value will be equal to the original product price minus the shipping costs.

  6. You are responsible for the shipping costs both ways (return and re-shipment).

  7. Exchanges will be processed only after we receive the original product.All the Approved exchange and replacement will be delivered with in 15 business working days

Important:

  • Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.

  • This return/exchange policy does not apply to international orders.
