SHIPPING POLICY

• Shipping charges for all orders within India are ₹100.

• For orders above ₹5,000, shipping is free within India.

• For international orders (outside India), shipping charges will be applied based on the applicable rates.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and courier details.

• You can track your package 24 hours after dispatch from our warehouse.

• Estimated delivery time:

  • Domestic orders: Products will be delivered within 7-10 business day

• If no one is available to receive the delivery at the shipping address, we will attempt delivery for 2 days. If the parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

• Orders may be canceled due to:

  • Limited stock availability

  • Errors in product or pricing information

  • Issues identified by our credit or fraud prevention team

• If your order (or part of it) is canceled, we will contact you for further information or to notify you of the cancellation.

• If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
